Hebrews 4:12 Word of God is the double edged sword that has the power to pierce hearts 1 Matthew 18:12-14 It is not the will of your father who is in heaven that one of these little ones perish God wil rejoice to that one soul who is saved over all the others that are saved 2 Matthew 28:19 (The Great Commission) God wants us to be witnesses of Christ wherever we go and he has promised us to be with us till the end DISCIPLESHIP Steps to discipleship 1) To Know God God Wants everyone to know God and come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9) 2) To love God (Matthew 22:37-38) God wants everyone to Love God 3) To Fellowship together (Romans 9:5) We are one body of Christ (Hebrews 10:25) When we are in the fellowship meeting together the devil cannot touch us 4) To honour God (Matthew 5:16) Let your light shine before others (1 Timothy 4:12) Show yourself as an example to others 5)To Serve One another (1 Peter 4:10) Serve one another as good stewards of manifold grace of God (John 13:14) You also ought to wash one another's feet (Serve) Heart of God for Children Matthew 18 Let the children come to me, unless you change your hearts like little children you cannot enter the kingdom of God It is our responsibility to minister to the little ones so that they know the heart of God and be witnesses of Christ in their life A Car cannot run with 2 wheels (elders) In the same way the church cannot run only with the elders without the children (2 other wheels) The heart of God is not only for us but also for the little ones (Children)
