Privacy policy
We are a church, not an advertising business. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell anything about you.
What do you collect about me?
If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, your message, and — only if you choose to type them — a phone number and a subject line. Nothing else on the form is required.
We also receive standard website analytics through Google Analytics, such as which pages were visited, roughly which city the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. That data is not tied to your name.
Where does my message go?
Straight to the church inbox as an email, through our email provider (Resend). You also get an automatic reply confirming we received it.
Your message is not saved into any website database. It lives in our email account, and nowhere else.
Do you share or sell my information?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers. Only the service providers that make the website work can see it — Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google Analytics (visit statistics).
Do you use cookies?
Only Google Analytics sets cookies, and only to count visits. There are no advertising or retargeting trackers on this site.
Sermon videos are loaded as a still image until you click them, so YouTube does not set anything in your browser unless you choose to play a video.
How long do you keep it?
Contact-form emails stay in the church inbox for as long as they are useful for replying and for pastoral follow-up. Analytics data is retained on Google’s default schedule. Ask us to delete your message and we will.
How do I get my information removed?
Email nlfhsrlayout@gmail.com or call +91 94478 20555 and ask. You can request a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. No explanation needed.
Children
Our Children’s Church runs in person, on a Sunday, with a parent or guardian present in the building. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.
